git pull(ed) pork

git pull incorporates changes from a remote repository into the current branch. In its default mode, git pull is shorthand for git fetch followed by git merge FETCH_HEAD. More precisely, git pull runs git fetch with the given parameters and calls git merge to merge the retrieved branch heads into the current branch. With --rebase, it runs git rebase instead of git merge. So add this git pull(ed) pork into your recipe repository today!

Ingredients:
6-8 lb pork shoulder (butt)
1 cup teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4-1/2 cup Sriracha sauce (depending on your taste)
1/4 cup minced garlic
2 tablespoons chili garlic paste
2 tablespoons ginger paste
2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons mirin
2 tablespoon rice vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Turn crock pot to low setting. Place pork into crockpot.

Mix together remaining ingredients except green onion and sesame seeds.

Pour HALF of the liquid mixture over the meat. Let cook on low 6-8 hours, until it falls apart when you pick it up.

Drain out all the fat. Pull apart the meat. Add remain sauce to shredded meat. Let cook for 30 more minutes on low.

Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. This meat is fabulous with my jQuery kimchi coleslaw, recipe here: http://coders.kitchen/jquery-kimchi-coleslaw/ and rice. Yum!
